All items are baked fresh once your order is placed and payment is received, to ensure the highest quality and freshness of our products. Once ready and packaged an email will be sent letting you know that your order has been shipped. Please allow 5 to 7 days from order placement to shipping.

As with all homemade baked goods, shelf life is short. Because we do not use unhealthy preservatives we strongly recommend that your store your baked goods in the refrigerator. 

Cookies will keep fresh in the refrigerator 2 to 3 weeks when placed in an air tight container. You can freeze them for up to 4 months. Cakes and muffins will keep fresh in the refrigerator 5 to 10 days. You can freeze these items for up to 3 months. 

*TIP: If you choose to freeze the cakes or muffins, wrap each one individually with plastic wrap. Then wrap each one with heavy duty aluminum foil and place each one in a labeled freezer bag. It may seem like a lot of work, but it will keep the dog cakes delicate texture fresh longer!
